Key points:

i.      We rely mostly on recommendation and so save costs on marketing budgets and focus on design, service, quality and re-investment and have done so for 25 years.

ii.      All timber components are made in our workshop so we can guarantee a start to finish in-house QC.

iii.     Due to the small size of our business we are truly bespoke cabinet makers than can build to any size.

iv.      We do not use chipboard in our furniture.

v.       Only real timber veneers are used rather than photo foil-backed materials in our cabinets.

Cabinet:

Materials – 19mm real-wood veneered MDF for top, sides and bottom, 10mm real-wood veneered MDF for back.

Construction – Tongue, grooved and screwed, making an exceptionally strong cabinet; internal shelves have a solid timber lipping to the front edge.

Drawer boxes:

Materials – 15mm solid timber sides and 6mm matching plywood bottoms.

Construction – Dovetailed boxes with grooved in bottoms for drawer base strength.

Hidden full-extension, gentle-stop, self-closing all-metal runners, with all metal bearings. – Max load 50KG

Doors:

Materials – 25mm thick solid timber door frames with either solid 15mm timber panels or 10mm mdf panels, veneered or plain for painting.

Construction – Mortice and tenon joints hung on solid British made cabinet butt hinges.

Cabinet frames:

Materials – 25mm solid timber cabinet frames.

Construction –   Mortice and tenon.
